The Kensey On Elliot Ribbon Cutting (10:00 am - 11:00 am)

Wednesday, March 1, 2017
10:00 a.m. Ribbon Cutting
50 Elliot Road, East Greenbush, NY 12061

Join us as The Kensey On Elliot celebrates a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration.

The Kensey on Elliot will open March 1, 2017 offering a maintenance-free lifestyle to residents 50 years and older in the Capital District.

The development has 58 units each with their own parking space and optional garage space. Residents can choose from six unique floorplans including one and two bedroom units. The apartments have been designed with functional adaptions to meet ADA requirements with high-end finishes and furnishings chosen by designer Deborah Bohl.

The Kensey on Elliot offers its residents many amenities including a full-size fitness center, community room, four-season porch, and outdoor patio with gas fire pit and grilling station.  Residents live worry and hassle-free with 24-hour security, on-site property management seven days a week, and full time maintenance staff.  It is an ideal housing option for couples and singles who want to minimize the headache of homeownership without sacrificing the freedom of living independently.

The Kensey on Elliot is more than just a dwelling unit but rather a lifestyle experience. The complex was designed to create a variety of common spaces in the core of the building to create a community for residents to participate in a myriad of social events and activities. “We envision The Kensey on Elliot as offering a unique portfolio of services and amenities to enable seniors to transition from home owners to renters without feeling any loss of independence. Our goal is to give our residents the feeling of living independently with the cost-effectiveness and maintenance-free benefits of living in an active adult community.”

As proud residents of East Greenbush, the developers’ primary goal was to deliver a luxury product to a market that has seen very little new development in over a decade.  There was significant attention to detail paid to the functionality, amenity offerings, and design elements to not only attract residents but to differentiate themselves from existing complexes. The Kensey on Elliot is truly a step above the rest!
