About Paul
Paul J. Buehler III represents clients in a variety of complex labor and employment matters, in federal and state court, and before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and National Labor Relations Board. He has successfully litigated numerous cases involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair labor practices, and wage and hour issues. Paul regularly counsel's businesses regarding workplace policies, reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence, employee discipline, workplace investigations, employee compensation, and labor relations. He has been recognized for his accomplishments, including being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch, and was a 2024 Albany Business Review 40 under 40 honoree.
