Undaunted by conventions, undeterred by trends, Brown's Brewing Company has carved its own path since 1993 when Garry and Kelly Brown opened a brewery and taproom in Troy to brew the beer they wanted to drink and to bring people to the 19th century warehouse they painstakingly renovated. With two taprooms and two breweries ( Troy's pilot brewhouse and North Hoosick's production facility ) Brown's focuses on independently crafting the region's most sought after beers.
